These guys made getting a new roof as easy as it can be. They communicated with me throughout the process about what I could expect and they were here at my house supervising the crew.
The crew was fast and professional. The weather was a bit rainy during the time they were trying to get my roof done so they only tore off what they needed to and made sure everything was covered prior to leaving in the evening. With weather slowdowns, the job only took 2 1/2 days. They put ice and water shield in the valleys where the builder had not and they put new flashing on the chimney in the correct way which the builder had not. They even topped the job off with a new chimney cap. My roof is better than when the house was newly built.

Great communication and service. Owner (Anees) called me back even though I was a small roof repair job. First company I called never returned my call. It took a few days for our schedules to align for them to come out. Domingo found the leak quickly, but had to get shingles to match my roof exactly. The repair and replaced shingles look great. They also noted that the original roofer the builder hired didn’t seal my roof correctly, but they corrected many of those errors at no additional charge. Will definitely call them again.

AKS worked with us during every step of our roof replacement. I honestly had no idea how the process worked. In a single day, my horrible white leaking roof was removed, any old, rotted decking was replaced (some fascia board as well???), and my shingles were replaced. I’m referring AKS to anyone who will listen at this point.
